EaKiu supports the entire Metageek family of WiSpytm Wi-Fi Spectrum Analyzer devices. This currently includes the Original WiSpy and the WiSpy 2.4x models. EaKiu always monitors for devices and you can plug in and remove WiSpy devices at any time before, during, or after the program is running. If you plug in a WiSpy device while the program is running, as soon as EaKiu detects the device it will display the device. You can also tell EaKiu to use the WiSpy device by clicking the USB button in the SOURCE window. When there are devices being used the USB button will bit lit in either a Green, or Yellow light: NOTE: EaKiu can support any number of WiSpy devices. You can plug any number of any of the various devices into the program and ALL will be monitored at the same time. Click the USB button to switch devices or use the 'w' keyboard key. Once the program identifies the MetaGeek USB device you will see the device name and type in the upper left corner of the EaKiu display. If you click the Pause button (or use the 'p' keyboard key) the currently display device is paused. This means that NO DATA is collected from the device while it is paused. Note that the pause button works independently for each device in the system (including non-usb devices). Pausing devices while viewing others can speed up the program on sluggish systems.
