The Brick Wall Effect lets you create various Brick Wall with Mortar patterns.|
If you enable the Fit To Brush Option you will paint with the Brick Wall sized to your brush.
The Brick Wall Effect has the following Options Pane:|
|Brick Color:||Tap the color to change the color used for the Bricks. The final Brick Wall has a light source centered which will lighten the overall color you select. Note that the transparency (Alpha) you select for the Brick color will be the transparency used for both the Mortar and the Brick.|
|Mortar Color:||Tap the color to change the color used for the Mortar. The final Brick Wall has a light source centered which will lighten the overall color you select.|
|Brick Width:||This value is the width of the Brick. Larger numbers are wider bricks, lower numbers are thinner bricks. Note that bricks will automatically correct for device orientation.|
|Brick Height:||This value is the height of the Brick. Larger numbers are taller bricks, lower numbers are shorter bricks. Note that bricks will automatically correct for device orientation.|
|Mortar Thickness:||This value is the thickness of the Mortar used between the bricks. Larger numbers are thicker, smaller numbers are thinner.|
|Zoom:||This is an overall Zoom for the Brick Wall. This will increase or decrease the size of all features.|
|Speckle:||The Brick Wall has a natural variation in the Brick Color, to make it more realistic. Speckle lets you add additional noise to make the Brick have more variation in either a positive or negative direction. Values higher than 0.0 will add lighter and lighter speckle. Values lower than 0.0 will add darker and darker speckle.|
|Fit To Brush:||If set to a Red X the Effect spans the screen such that as you paint you reveal the Effect. When set to a Green Check Mark the Effect is sized to the brush such that as you paint the entire Effect is within the brush itself.|
|Output Color 1:||By default this is set to REPLACE which means that the set color will be output to Color 1. You can change this as explained in Options Pane Color Mixers.|
|Output Color 2:||By default this is set to IGNORE which means that the Color 2 will be ignored (the original Color 2 will be kept). You can change this as explained in Options Pane Color Mixers.|
