      Effect:Desaturate
      Category:Color Filter
      Speed:Fast

Description: The Desaturate Effect lets you control the Saturation of either Color 1 and/or Color 2. Saturation is the amount of color (versus grey).

Options: The Desaturate Effect has the following Options Pane:

Desat. Color 1:This value is the percentage to decrease the saturation for Color 1. The value 0.0 will have no effect. Values higher than 0 will increasingly remove color (force it more towards a grey scale). The value 100 will remove all color completely.
Desat. Color 2:This value is the percentage to decrease the saturation for Color 2. The value 0.0 will have no effect. Values higher than 0 will increasingly remove color (force it more towards a grey scale). The value 100 will remove all color completely.

Example: To show the Desaturate Effect we will take our Arches National Park image and load it into Slot 1 using the Texture Effect. In Slot 2 we have our Desaturate Effect.

      The following three images show:

      1. The normal image with no changes. Desaturate Color 1 is set to 0.
      2. The image with Desaturate Color 1 set to 50.
      3. The image with Desaturate Color 1 set to 100.
